Thanks for your comments. I agree. I'm thinking of adding small human figures gazing up or perhaps with ropes attempting to scale the sides.

Ok, so you want to give your figure a very large scale
It's a good idea, but in this case do not limit yourself to small human figures, i think you should aslo work in on the background to increase the idea of very large scale....
