I like this,my only sugestions would be to work on the wings.they seem unnatural,i don't know if it was what you were going for,but they are not like bird wings. the inner feathers lack the diversity in size and shape-tho se closer to the carrying bones should be softer and smaller,while the ones going closer and closer to the edge of the wing bigger and harder. yout could sepparate them into some 3 layers.... overall,i like this

i really like the posture and the proportions are well done. My only suggestion is maybe a bit less precision with the wings and i think the upper ridge of the wings need to be feathered as well rather than smooth, but thats just my opinion. Overall a good job
