Originally envisioned as just HECU (obvious resemblence there) Soviet counterpart, this has became more of standalone project for a small conceptual idea on a 1980's Retro-futuristic universe staying authentic to the Era style: basically it was just debate on Atomic Heart being less of a Soviet nostalgia trip and more of a Funfair of the American idea of "How Soviets look", and hence, some kind of credible retro-futurist concepts could be made more akin to classic movies of that era
