[EDIT] ok i rmbered what i wanted to say it was that either my tablet or my desktop is suffering and im not sure which but its making it hell to draw now broke my comp a bit so all my chrome bookmarks are gone 8Ualso i forgot to add the blue lighting in the top two panels so i fixed it but tumblr quality made it look bad so 8'U

Underswap Sans stats aren't set. But he most likely wouldn't stand a chance of beating Frisk/Chara. If even US!Alphys and US! Toriel couldn't.

Wow Swap Papyrus is really underestimating Frisk.
UT!Papyrus stats are much lower than Undyne's. If Undyne can't win. Then Papyrus definitely stands no chance. Willing to kill or not.
And there is also the fact he would refuse to fight if his life depended on it.

Why are you assuming Papyrus is stronger than Undyne or anyone else then.
Given that Sans is the only one who is shown to be difficult in spite of stats.
Papyrus has not and is shown to be at level his stats implied. Either way he wouldn't fight the human due to his morality.

Think Sanses fight but he's doing more damage and can take a hit.
Pap canonically is hinted at having the blasters and that they're his special attack.
Why wouldn't he have KR or the ability to dodge?
The only reason we never see this from Pap is he would never use any of these abilities.
The blasters are too dangerous.
KR can easily kill.
Dodging could have all sorts of reasons but there's no reason why if Sans can do it Pap can't.
Pap even knows about the resets or at the very least, knows sans knows something about it.
Pap isn't dumb, and he isn't weak, he's just soft, and you better believe if you do something to break him, to make him no longer believe in you, your going to have a real bad time.

No he isn't, For one you can tell he's distracted for most of the fight and screwing around the rest.

I say that Pap is hinted to have the blasters in canon and you say that means I think every Undertale character has them.
And just a hint, there's no reason to believe that bone is Paps special attack, as it seems very... boring to be a such a thing, I suspect Pap is acting out this routine with Toby as an excuse to not use or reveal his special attack.

This is not an argument, Sans and Papyrus are both very mysterious characters who have a very mysterious origin, to claim that because I argue Pap can do something means that EVERYONE can, is fallacious.

Sans has apparently pranked Pap across time and space before, And the path involving that entire section of the game involves the resets, I didn't think I'd have to explain such simple things, but apparently not!
It's likely that Sans has messed with Pap Through Floweys resets in someway, explaining Paps dialogue. And Pap At least knows that Sans knows something he doesn't to be able to pull off something like that.
