Really detailed pixel art like this demands staring at for about five minutes before you can really appreciate the effort. First look gets a 'hey thats pretty cool'. A five minute look gets a 'OMG, there's transparency on those windows, and there's proper grass, and tiny little handles on all the doors. Holy, shit how can plants that small look so real!?'

I love it, this is an amazing job.
If I had to pick out one thing that is wrong, there is only one. The doors on the right, back and left building are to small when you scale them to your people. Unless it is a large person world with little construction workers.
