Yeah, apparently, one of the versions of Thoth's birth was that he burst out of Set's head (it's like Athena lol), who had been "tricked into eating some of Horus's semen". LOLOMG EW.

Yeah...I haven't heard the long version of the story, so I made up my own scenario XDD

Another version of Thoth's birth was that he was born from speech, which he invented...soooo.....
YEAH OMG DON'T THINK TOO HARD ABOUT THAT....THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME...

Anyways....I used the character models (or at least that's what I imagined) from the Kane Chronicles~~

lol I tried to make Set look more red like his monster in the last bit, but he just looks sunburned XDD

OMG I can't wait for the next book XDD
Speaking of books, I found this really amazing little book about mythology from all over the world!! Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Japanese, Chinese, Celtic, African, Norse, Near Eastern, Indian, American, Australian and Oceanic!!! (lol it's actually where I read about this thingy....XDDD)

OMG IT'S SO EXCITING!! It's from National Geographic ("Essential Visual History of World Mythology"), so it has GORGEOUS pictures, and I got it on sale for $7.98!!

Wow...I'm such a book nerd XD

I'm telling ya, have such a nice bookstore on campus next year is going to RUIN me XDD

EDIT: Here's a newer version...well, it's the SAME EXACT THING except there's more detail into the whole....fiasco.....It's SALAD![link]
