A quick watercolor i did of a tree. as you can see.... i wanted it to look flat and simple. Maybe like something out of a storybook.watercolor on cold press illustration board.....with you guessed it....brushes.

i love the way watercolor comes out looking but i hate doing it since im not very precise with it and it never looks anything like what i have in my head.

Man, I love this peice, even to this day. I think because for some reason, one of my more calming thoughts is that of a giant tree on a hill, overlooking a great expanse of hills and valleys.

yeah i liked the way this one came out. i was thinking of doing a larger piece that had more than one tree in it but who has the time for these things?
