It is said the truly elite are chosen to take part in a selective breeding program, to create the perfect warrior. However, as with most evil organizations, applicants are also recruited and controlled unwillingly, with vigilantes and supers holding a special interest and attention. Be prepared around these formidable bruisers, for if you're unprepared, they may walk all over you, which is pretty nice, if you're into that sort of thing.
