This is my entry for ; for the first part of the contest you have to invent the 9th eeveelution. You also had the option of inventing your own type.

I created the Cosmic type.

Weak to: psychic, ground (x2)
Resistant to: fight, normal, ghost, fairy (x0.5)
Types with weaknesses to cosmic: ground, grass (x2)
Types with resistances to cosmic: fire, electric, psychic, fairy (x0.5)

You get this eevee by giving it a moon stone during a clear night sky.

I made third place in the first round of the contest. I'm moving on to round 2.
