This is a DREAM LEGENDARY type. All dream legendaries have a human and regular form, able to shift between the dream and nightmare plane as they wish, as well as convert one to the other.

Special cursed form traits:
Shapeshifter (human form) : All Stygian have the possiblity of taking on different forms in their nightmares, including human counterparts! Often taking a human form helps them easier blend into dreams and nightmares!
Intangibility: Can phase between dreams and other Stygian! Able to turn completely invisible save for the horn wisps.

Hahahahah he slicks his hair all in gel and then hangs upside down clearly - or maybe just like at a 30 degree angle and a really big curler (doesn't everyone have one of those!)
