So for the past few years, I commemorate today by singing Topsy Turvy as an attempt to relive the three times I've played Clopin on stage. I may not have the energy to sing this year...but I'll still ring in the day. Been working all week on this impromptu piece too...I didn't intend for this to be my first piece of the year, but I'm also kind of glad that it is. This picture is basically my loveletter to Hunchback in general. All that's missing is Frollo. But I'll keep the old bugger burning for now.
Plus, the Feast of Fools isn't exactly an event that requires plus ones...but I'll take any excuse to see Rosella again.
To say that I miss my time in the Court of Miracles is an understatement. But I'm all too happy to fondly remember the memories made while also looking forward to making new ones.
