I'm doing another set of quick backgrounds. I have a deadline coming up. I tried to portray the best overall mood as possible without taking so much damn time doing all the details.If I was immortal, I would spend all my time making each little TV screen have a detailed little advertisement, but I think this will suffice.
Street looks wet doesn't it?

This reminds me of looking out of a subway window and seeing all the lights reflected. Then I walk through the rain until I can no longer see the lights.
