Posted it on Tumblr, thought I'd also put it here!These are some of the characters for a racing comic I'm slowly making in between comics actually coming out, so I've been having a little break after having just finished Grim Leaper #4 this week. Finally got around fleshing out each character, and am still having fun developing the story, but it's progressing well.
I'm still looking for a model to publish it, I might go with a publisher, or start it as a BW webcomic, and then pitch it. But anyway, it's stil la bit far off, so I'm just preparing material right now.

É sim! O quadrinho até se chamava Enduro. Mas deve ficar consideravelmente diferente, pq aquele quadrinho podia ser totalmente random por ser 24h e tals.. agora pra publicar isso eu preciso ter um pouco de pé e cabeça no quadrinho hehe. Mas por enqto ta indo bem. Faz tempo que nao escrevo e to um pouco enferrujado, mas aprendi alguns truques trabalhando com outros escritores, vamos ver o que acontece!

Eu já tinha gostado bastante da versão Jack Bauer, então uma versão com pé, cabeça, editores e dinheiro provavelmente vai ficar mais legal ainda.

Pô, eu gostei muito do visual dos 4. E se vai ser uma corrida com roster grande, significa que tu vai ter como colocar vários personagens surtados nem que seja só pra fazer cameo, né. Os teus personagens surtados são sempre lindos e sarados <3

Yeah, I'm gonna use all sorts of vehicles, some of them more vintage, some hightech, but most definately motorcycles for sure!! I'm thinking the the girl in skull helmet will ride it. Those with copilot spot on the side.

YESS. I've always wanted to tackle the genre, so I'm trying. It's a bit complicated to write, but I hope I can pull it. But yeah, many stuff I like usually have racing involved: f-zero, mario kart, twisted metal, jojo's bizarre adv, speed racer, even scrooge mcduck! haha. Ok, those are my influences here I guess!
