In this brief break from my hiatus, we have the seventh AT page. This time we find out a bit of Tempest's life serving the Storm King and her cutie mark, which is cute in my opinion. I experimented a bit with drawing out of panel boundaries in this one; I might have overdone it though. Tell me if you like it!

I like this explanation of how she got her cutie mark because it's so out there, and yet so possible.

Actually, moving rectangular parts from panel boundaries to the image itself is an improvement(comparing to page three(of this comic') upper panel with dark empty parts on both sides of an image for no reason, or last panel of page five(of this comic'), where simple switching places of Shining Armour' speech bubble and Fizzlepop Berrytwist memories bubble(with it at least partly replacing the dark rectangular) would make the page look better) . But I should add that having dark images and dark panel boundaries is not a good idea due to bad contrast; on your place I would prefer coming back to simple white panel boundaries, which are much better from the contrast point(like on page four of this comic'), # ZSparkonequus.

She blew bubbles in a Warzone (alluding to the Battle of Stalingrad) as a filly.

Ooh, experimental, but I like it! Also, nice flank in the last panel. 
Having Cheese Sandwich there is not just because he's the logical choice to be a victim of Storm King douchebaggery in this case - it also motivated the whole "Gag Factory" business seen in his last focus episode. He also got "shook down" for intelligence on Equestria, Canterlot, etc. (which Tempest herself would've had sketchy and outdated knowledge of at best) that helped with the later invasion seen in the movie.

I'm glad you like it! I was debating myself over having so much focus and/or detail on Tempest's flank in the last panel, didn't know if you would like it because [as far as I can tell] this isn't a saucy comic. Anyway, she does have a nice flank.

Is it any wonder then the poor stallion decided it was a good idea to open a gag factory instead of continuing his itinerant lifestyle?

Funnily enough, it's the party canon he builds at the opening song of the movie that's later used by the Mane Six and the pirates to stop the Storm King in the final battle...so I guess that now counts as revenge?
