Poke'dex:
Neoneon's body is made of hardened glass, dense enough to make up a hard body, however it is no longer transparent as its previous form, "Bulbrite" was.

Instead, the coils from its previous stage have absorbed different chemicals and reacted to create neon lights inside its body, winding through coils and glowing brightly.

This electric type's signature move is "Color Flash" which it uses to lower the enemy's accuracy, while inflicting damage to Light and Undead types only.

It's most powerful attack at a normal growth rate would be "Thundershock", in which the electric energy in its body now has built up enough to be released as more powerful shocking energy.

Not really too many thoughts of mine on Neoneon. I kind of got lucky with this one. I was trying very hard to come up with an evolution and just played around with the bulbs shape. It wasn't until I saw a neon Open and Closed sign that I thought about doing neon lights and coils.

I like it personally, and I think it makes a great second stage on Bulbrite's evolution chain.
