Awww.... that's so sweet Zyleeth. The strength of the lighting, and the light direction, really place the emphasis on the gryphon's silhouette, giving the work a dramatic element.
The simple, dirty yellow cloudy background is lovely. You chose just the right range of colours and tones for it.

Very beautiful, very soft. Your style is so relaxing; all the colors melt together so wonderfully.
One thing though, the gryphon's foot seems oddly placed with the petals. Like Fenn said, it seems to go through the petals as opposed to resting on or in them.

It was meant to be between two of the petals, but I think you're both right that I was a bit clumsy with that placement! Darn feet. XD But thank you!

Maybe it's just me, but it kind of looks like the black one's foot is going through the petal-like things on the white one.
Other than that though, it looks great.
