just a quick shot of the aftermath of the last pic.mei keeps insisting she's okay and things are going to be fine, but when she gets a moment alone it all falls apart. dojo tries to comfort her but of course it doesnt help much. it'll take some time to heal and thats okay.
i like to think dojo has a soft spot for mei and is usually by her side, mostly because she's usually very level headed and optimistic, almost like master fung if he were more immature.
i also realize i have no clue how to actually draw dojo. and im probably terrible for doing this to my child. im so sorry mei

He really is ;; he's so underappreciated but he's a good friend to everyone!! Unless you're Raimundo and you left all your laundry on the ground. Then not so much

I know, right? That's why in my Renai and Friends thing I did, I made sure to emphasize how Renai respects Dojo and is one of the first people to defend him in a situation. Like, I just don't see her treating him like crap like the others have. Mainly Omi and Raimundo. Plus, Dojo deserves much more respect and love. The dude flies these kids around the world and protects them. He's like a lovable uncle. I love seeing stuff like this of Dojo being a good friend to the monks, and vice versa.

YES exactly!!! All of the episodes that focus on him are ALL about how much he loves the kids and wishes he was stronger to protect them! And I'm glad Renai sticks up for him. I think Clay's the only one in the show who doesn't trash on him all the time(though he does get some punches in lol). Which, when there's such a big cast and only one character kind of sticks up for them it's just sad to watch.

Exactly! Like, in the Sapphire Dragon episode, he had to face his fear to save his kiddies. He's such a sweetheart. Yeah, I would say that Clay hasn't negatively affected Dojo as much as the others have. I mean, the guy lets Dojo sit on his shoulders or head most of the time. XD Though, I know Clay likes to say "What a Dojo", which is a phrase Dojo isn't very fond of. Then in Chronicles when Omi is a total ass to him, Clay doesn't really say or do anything about it. Then again, none of the others, not even Ping Pong, do anything either. That's about it, really. Clay's the more innocent one in all this. XD Every day should be Dojo Appreciation Day. 8I
