A drawing/painting is something different, since the fact of creating the drawing (if it's a nice one, I'm not talking about mine) actually it's art. It's like if you say that paint [link] or that one [link] are the same than that photo. WRONG!!!
Those paintings are real expressions of the person who did it. That photos have nothing to do with art. They can fit perfectly in the pent house, or similar. They are truly explicit, and the best calification will be porn. Not even erotism.
To see real nude art, go and check the photos of `fidget . That is art.

The ways of expression are indeed diferent but is one more suiting for "art" than another? A shoot can have zero art in it yes... and I could link you to many...but not this one... and no, not anyone can take that, natural light isn't something easy to deal with, as a photographer you should know that already...
The pose itself is the concept...and i'm not talking about the split legs, but specially the turned head...
"WRONG!!!" for you... I'm not saying your concept or the concept of those links and this photo are the same but they all have nudity in them...
why should we hide one just because it's a real one? can sexual organs only be displayed on canvas? should we hide ourselves in a pudic mood just because someone told you nude is bad when you were little? nude is not bad at all... its nature...I dont see anything unatural about that girl there...she isn't like being erotic...I think she is displaying vulnerability... and that isn't a vagina macro...for instance..why should we concentrate the theme on that spot?

Sexual organs can be displayed every where, but it's different when they are in a canvas than when they are in a photo.
The links are true art. The male's body, for example, was pre-arranged, the photographer had a clear idea on his mind of what he/she wanted to express. Here I only can see the intention of shooting a nude good-looking-woman. The subject in that shoot is she, her nudity, nothing else. Ok, some of the truly art shoots are also just that, but here there's no "first mental image" or first concept. Any other hot chick will fit in that shoot. With any other pose.
Get off that pride talking to me as if I had any kind of problem. Nobody told me nudity is bad when I was a kid you stuck-up.
Actually I have no kind of problems with nudity and it's perfect for me. But it pisses me off that some shitty pics as this one, wich are just PORN get that huge mass of favourites and views just because horny teenagers, and then some drawing where a penis appears gets deleted. I did a "hands on the body series" that is one of them, you have one in my gallery, one in my scraps and a couple more in my bf's gallery where his the subject... you can say it's no good, once again, you are entitled to your opinion but to say its a copycat?

I love the way that all the lines in this work with each other. The skyline accentuates the wave in the water. The rock is seperated from the ocean at a similar angle. And of course the model... can't forget the beautiful figure in the center.
Her body lines point to all directions in the image. Her head points down to the ocean and her knee to her leg (too bad the foot on the left is cut out of the frame) and then the diagonal line of the leg brings you right back in. It definitely keeps the eye moving.
