Actually the rock doesn't look all that uncomfortable really. Very smooth, although not entirely flat. It is a gorgeous photo with the wet body & hair, a wave finishing it's decent inland in the background and let us not forget the beautiful model. To pick out something I don't like about it: her nails. To me they don't fit the natural beauty this photo represents.
