It looks like the lighting is a bit too bright/intense in this one. One of the unfortunate things about programs like Daz and Poser is that you have to adjust the lighting every time you move the camera. It's not that bad in this case, but it's something to stay mindful of.
The binocular/scope is an excellent touch. It really lends itself to the authenticity of this scene being in the Star Wars universe. I'd like to see it look a little more weathered, but that's just nitpicky stuff.
I know this comment is mostly criticism, but I really do think that this is a good render. I like how you opened her mouth a bit as she is looking through the device. Most people don't notice that they do that when looking through binoculars.

No worries! I like your honesty when it comes to this stuff. Like you've said before "I can learn a whole lot more when someone expands on 'I like this' or 'I don't like this'."
I tried to fix the washed out sand with color balance, and some other manipulations in Gimpshop. I'll have to remember to keep an eye on the lights when changing cameras in the future though.
I also added some weathering to the binoc's, again using Gimp. I will try playing with the actual textures to make a weathered version, before more renders like this.
Thanks for noticing the open mouth! I usually attempt to do myself what I am having my model do, so that I can catch little nuisances like that.
