Description
You enter your daughter's room, only to find her in bed with a giant, sentient cat. This abominable act is casting shame on your ancient and glorious line up to the 5th generation, and it can be washed away only with blood!Unfortunately, despite your rage and quick reflexes, the disgusting beast is faster, and managed to jump out of the window. The last you see of him, he's running away in the street below without any clothes on, like the animal he is.
There's no other choice, you'll have to put a bounty on that mongrel's head. And ground your daughter.

Sorry, I know I'm very late, but I really like this drawing! 
It reminds me of one of my characters who not seldom has to run away for similar reasons. At least he stays with his own species, but noble families somehow usually are not too amused of they find out that a slave is having fun with their daughter. (However, in a matrilinear and to some extant still matriarchal society it are not seldom the mothers he has to run away from ...)

Yes, I think matriarchy is an interesting concept. In my world it isn't as important as it used to be because of the influence of the (patriarchal) humans, but especially the noble families still have a matriarch as head of the family and the most important positions in government and administration are often held by females.
Sorry for that long comment. I think I should write down all these things about my world sometime for reference ...
