Description I tried Gmod a bit more seriously. It has been previously used to just screw around and waste my time.

You can "download" to see the full size: 1024 x 2304

Also, I flipped first two images for balance so you may notice that some features are the incorrect [glove on left hand, rocket launcher on left hand, etc]

I love it when people who have Gmod really WORK on their screen shots and continue to do so.

Eh, I couldn't tell anyways until you pointed it out lol. Awesome shots though.

I envy your talent. Besides Gmod alone, what else do you use on these pics?

I stopped playing Gmod almost right after I made these HAHAHA! I lost interest a little too quickly.

I didn't use anything else on this image. All of the colour/contrast adjustments and other image-image processing functions are built in Gmod!

These are really cool. They look very "professional" in a Gmod point of view.
And you really just started using it.

The blurs; was that photoshop, or did you use the rendering features in Gmod for that?

All I've done in Gmod so far is construct horrible contraptions of issued pain!

I played mutiplayer with *RKPiratedrawer once now, and made a rocket powered slab of stone. I fired it at her, expecting her to DIE, but she SURFED ON IT ACROSS THE LEVEL! It was very funny. We should play together some time.

"The blurs; was that photoshop, or did you use the rendering features in Gmod for that?"
The blurs are done in Gmod, and it is called "super DOF". The color manipulations are also done in Gmod in case it was unknown to you. I am only assuming this because you don't seems to know about DoF, which is located along with other post rendering tools like color modification, "sun beam"(?), etc.

I can't say I really mastered Gmod, I don't know a THING about constructing anything. I only have been fiddling around with posing models only.

I just find it funny how you're getting obsessed over TF2 now.

We had lunch. ME AND HIM.
Talked about a project.

Dude I shared like...TWO things on DA. I admit I quite like it but were you aware my other TF2 related activities?

You had a LUNCH with him? that's so crazy. I want to ask you how you ended up like that but would that be much of an anecdote?

I'm right, SHUT UP.

Not really, I got emailed by him because my demo reel on youtube has a song of his in the background so we met up. THE END!

0meter In reply to LazyMuFFin [2009-09-28 03:39:46 +0000 UTC]

That's still pretty cool. I didn't know people just meet up like that. Weren't you nervous seeing him that way? I recall you talking about how you don't quite like talking face to face with people.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

LazyMuFFin In reply to 0meter [2009-09-28 14:58:24 +0000 UTC]

Surprisingly I wasn't really nervous.
I'm more nervous with people who already know me from the internet and THEN I meet them, cause then I need to fill some quota.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

0meter In reply to LazyMuFFin [2009-10-14 01:17:06 +0000 UTC]

I don't grasp what you mean by "quota", but I know what you mean by how it is easier to see people who do not know you very well. I did this just once with a very random person who happen to see my glasswind account and realized that he attend neighboring university. I had to have extra company in order to reduce the awkwardness, but the talk went surprisingly smoother. Of course, I can't say if this will be the case for all; I may have been slightly comfortable because he only knew me as "neighboring" student rather than, say, "that artist who draw this crap".

blah late reply.

It's like when I met people in comic con, everyone expected me to be loud over the top, more like my animations.
But I'm fairly quiet and subtle.

ALSO, BRAID IS FUCKING RIDICULOUS FUCK THAT GAME.

0meter In reply to LazyMuFFin [2009-10-14 03:44:28 +0000 UTC]

Oh that kind of sucks. How did you handle that? x:

HAHAHHA you tried Braid? It didn't seem like something you would enjoy, but to me, that game is kind of god...like 2/5. Maybe. It's awesome. Okay I am not that good at describing how good something is.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

LazyMuFFin In reply to 0meter [2009-10-14 03:55:47 +0000 UTC]

It was fine, people got used to it.

2/5 and awesome? what? It's too complicated for me, I like puzzles sometimes though.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

0meter In reply to LazyMuFFin [2009-10-14 04:53:43 +0000 UTC]

I was trying to say "god*(2/5)" as I found calling it godly was a bit too overrating. It was a bit too short for me. but it was definitely awesome.

"It's too complicated for me"
but the game only consist of jumping on platform and...doing...stuff.

LazyMuFFin In reply to 0meter [2009-10-14 06:33:22 +0000 UTC]

I'm cool with jumping platforms, but TIME MANIPULATION? fuck that.

Fucking a time manipulation? DEEP.
