I think it makes for a lovely figure, something that would stand well within a park or museum. Heheh, a cartoon museum, maybe?
Your style of statue form looks pretty good, and it looks like that artistic step where all that's left is the adding of color to it. I like what you did in making this.

Hmm so this a wip version of a colour picture without the colour layers on it to demonstrate your journal on light and shade and occulsion???
With pics like these I really hate putting down the flat col areas to work on. I find them really time consuming to do neatly.
It looks cool so far, but like this it really makes the eyes look some what over bulgy without the effects of the colour layers black outline.
