Bang bang. The general placement of the magazine reminds me of the Afanasiev TKB-011 assault rifle.  It is kind of an interesting design- looks like you'll get increased magazine capacity without the magazine sticking down too much further or interfering with ergonomics of the rifle.  You'd  need a mechanism to rotate the rounds and feed them into the firing chamber because they are being fed in at a funny angle, probably is the reason they haven't tried this kind of thing yet!

Great design, though I am curious, but the gun sort of reminds me something from Halo mixed with Mass Effect, I dunno. That's what I got.
