Chibi commission for Nordeva of her amazing character Darksoot!
I hope I got all the details here, ahhh! ;A; It was much more than I originally thought, haha! XD
But it was really fun to draw Darksoot! Especially those wings! I've never painted wings like these before, and I was not disappointed! XD The "burning" edges have such a nice effect on the torn and almost dry looking membrane. Kind of reminds me of burning paper in a way. :'D Unfortunately you can't see the details too well because of the light green background, but they look beautiful on a darker background! ;a;
I also wanted to try painting his other abilities as well, so I have an alternative version here. ^^

And, aww thank you! :'3 Like I had said in my design, I really just didn't want them to be standard glowy marking thingies, so thus that happened! XD And it was a lot of fun drawing this character, knowing that several people had contributed to the final design!
