I love how you were able to turn this into such a gorgeous collage of different mediums. I'd like to be able to do this sort of thing with some of my old life drawings if I could.

I don't see very much collage or mixed media work, so I've really spent some time looking at this and I like the painting very much, as well as the collage elements.

Truly impressive. This looks like something I'd have to pay a gallery plenty of money to walk away with. This piece would be at home with the work of professionals.

I like a daily deviation! I'm taken aback!
Tis great, well done. Love mixed media pieces.
(can I say medias when I mean media pieces.. media is plural... but "mixed media" is singular... oh the grammatical dilemma)

I love that when I blew it up to full size, the first thing I saw was the piece in the top left corner saying 'show me a hero'

Very pleasant mixed media. You've done a good job with aging and soiling the pages (though the idea of that happening to a book always makes me shiver...) for the effect. The rough delicacy of the seated lady asks for nothing additional.
The image somehow goes well with the Beirut I'm listening to. Such old world longing.

Put this on ebay - will sell for thousands.
Live off the money and make art full-time. Use the money to buy the best art supplies and necessities.
Have a gallery showing. Serve wine and cheese and thank people awkwardly.
Work on an unprecedented project. It will take years of your life and be overwhelmingly rewarding and meaningful.
Then,

thank you! no ones every responded to my art so enthusiastically!!
i'm still to attached to my art to sell originals unfortunatly...
but i do plan on dedicating my many years to art!
and i can't wait to "thank people awkwardly" someday.
i've secretly thought about it, a lot. and strangly, after thinking about how amazing it would be, i find myself wondering what kind of cheese would be there? (if there was any)
its just one of those really random thoughts you get, about the things that are important to you :-p
