StrippedGraphite on Illustration board
When finished 40” x 30”
This part 8” x 8”
This is my third drawing in this series the first two can be seen on my gallery page “Monolithic” and “Fragile”
Like the first two these Wips are a little different in that I show small finished areas which come together when completed. This is the first time in this sires where I drew my own eye, I used a mirror for this which really lets me look so much closer than any photo could. There will be five main subjects within this drawing (two eyes, roots, clouds and a main center which I am still working out the concept)

I would just fave and run, because there's nothing really I can say about this. But I know how much I hate fave & runs so I'm going to comment anyway to let you know I did put some effort into viewing the piece... not just a "oh that's nice *fave*".
I saw this as a thumb and thought it was a photo. Viewed the deviation and still thought it was a photo. On fullview I can see that it's not, but it's still amazing. The skin and vein in the eyes are the most amazingly realistic parts. Great job.

Honestly, your work speaks for itself. I think if there were a tier system on this website- you would be among the rarities. Your style is the cleanest, most realistic I've seen to this day, and I think I might ever see.

At such graphic quality I get the heebie-jeebies. (In positive way)
I think I could deliver you constructive criticism about your work or to your work, but I leave it at that. At first, my English word pool is to small for that and at second, I just write down my first impression about that what I see. To such a highly detailed work and utopian qualities one, you not need to say anything more...to keep it in perspective.

Well you know the way I see it, is that you are at the top in graphite and so have to look within yourself to find a way to improve and learn from each piece, the rest of us are playing catch-up, so we've got it easy.
I don't want to sound all 'kiss-arsey' here, but to be honest if I hadn't seen what you are able to do with a pencil, I wouldn't have realised how much better I could become.
