So... you guys already know that I started collecting warhammer 40k at around January of this year (2011) and I found this little guy in my shelf and I was surprise. This is a model I painted around April.Related content

I think everything looks pretty amazing, save the shield, the rest looks pretty pro, unfortunately the shield look like it needs some work, nicely done though.

True, I'm still learning about how to apply the battle damage thing on shields and armor. So I'll be redoing it when I'm not that lazy XD

No worries, dry brushing boltgun metal is always a beginner idea for basic wear

I think I'd work pretty well (definitely works well on vehicles). You can always retouch up places that the dry brush is overly done on, I like to follow my drybrushing with a little wash to tone down areas that are too bright.
