What material did you use on the edges of the Blade? The white one is that eva foam or sintra?

Tried wood for my Ends of the Earth. Turned out to be too heavy and too solid that it could hurt someone.. never left my workshop
Maybe I'm using the wrong kind of wood

I have made it too! That is one of my favourite keyblade, but you're right, it is too heavy! Just because it is unbalanced :v
Anyway, you have to use a thick board if you want to work all the angles and other parts... So I think that the heaviness it's a little price to pay if you want a well-done keyblade XD
Maybe that's the reason why Terra is a muscle man

I've found ways to "cheat" on the weight thing. Some illustration boards would do (they are actually tough o.o). But yeah I agree, nothing beats the strength and stability of wood. If I decide to finish EotE, it will be just for display. Like a trophy in my room.
