Description
I finished the tank farm (forward port), completed the top details on the crew quarters, changed some details on the 'windmill' and started the drive sectionAs always, Cinema 4D

Seriously I don't know how to greeble and creating tight surfaces with thin lines between like you did here. I can do it my own way but I also love to learn other ways.
BTW since I totally dropped using Maya, I could get some cool tuts for C4D when I can afford

Very good work mate, the only thing I would suggest is reworking the angles of the forward hatch area. it's sitting at a odd angle.

Thanks mate - well no, it's how it's supposed to be. That part will not really be seen anyway - the 'finished' door will be deleted. I just did it doodling because I hate seeing the bitter end of unfinished geometry The small shield goes in front of that section, but yes it does 'rise' like this to pass through the small shield into the payload compartment.

Great work, very detailed modeling. It was always hard for me to see the exact details of the ship in the movie. Cool!

Thank you Yes it is very difficult to see in it. I have the MPC VFX breakdown though of the making of the movie
You get to see quite a bit of untextured AO renders of the model
