El cap & Bridle veil Falls heh, we attempted to climb El Cap but we were washed off by a huge storm, shame really it was my only chance to climb it, havenβt been back there since. Nice shot Ducky

Hey thanks a heap for that. Amazing how different an experience we had - you see, when I was there everything was in drought. Mirror lake did not even have a puddle, bridle veil falls was a trickle and the main falls behind the big hotel had not so much as a drop. Still, I loved every damn second!

Indeed, it is a stunning place, no wonder Ansel Adams spent so much time there.

Yosemite's one of those places I can go back to over and over and have a wonderful time. I live in the area, more or less, so I've seen it in all seasons. You've captured it wonderfully, I love the super bright colors, the reflection, and the lack of people! (If only, if only... xD ) Great shot.

Hate to bug you about the spelling of the park's name, but it's Yosemite, not Yosamite... they don't call me the Grammar Nazi for nothing. LOL
But seriously, this is a fantastic shot. !

Ah my dear, you see, you are spelling it in American - "Yo sem itey." I spell in Australian, as in, "Yo sam itey." Of course, that's complete bollox, but it was the best excuse I could think of. LOL.
