This is probably the best thing i'll ever make with Muro, i actually love this. The images are from Bulbagarden Archives and screenshots of 'Enter Iris and Axew', they were imported to layers after being saved on paint then had some tediously long erasing. This took over an hour and a half to do so i hope you enjoy it, it is probably one of my favorite creations.Pokémon, Pokéshipping, Ash, Misty and Pikachu all belong to Nintendo and Satoshi Tajiri, i claim no rights to it

Funny how you say how Pearl has no hints. poke has almost none. They only reason it has so many is because 4kids came up with a load of crap. Ash and Dawn had the closest relationship than any other character in pokemon. All misty did was hit Ash with a mallet and bully him. yes he may had a crush on him but it was completely one sided. Also you must be blind if you dont recognize any pearl hints. Here's a few.........
1. Ash got along with Dawn way better than misty, may, iris or serena. They don't like to fight and when they do they apologise later on. Misty was just aggressive and quick tempered towards Ash and when they did say sorry (if they ever did say sorry to one another), they just argued the next episode.
2. Dawn was a cheerleader for ash's gym battles. Maybe once wouldn't of been a good enough hint but she dressed up for him three times over series run. Misty and the others never went that far and that gives of the hint that they behave like the 10 year old equivalent of a bf/gf! Also the way that Dawn would go to such lengths shows that she is not only a confident young character, but a confident character for Ash. And he never lost once!
3. Other characters see it! Brock showed a funny face when he saw Ash and Dawn splashing in the river and again later on in Sinnoh league victors when he see's them talking happily. Lyra to me is also a BIG PEARLSHIPPER and asks's Dawn if ash is her boyfriend. Obviously it looks as though they are everytime you see them together! Lyra goes on to saying that “Ash is a catch”, making Dawn see Ash in a new light. Dawn stares at Ash after this, seemingly thinking about what Lyra has said. The way the scene is shot clearly shows this. The two are dense but I think thats the best part of the shipping seeing two best friends that hopefully will fall in love when they grow up. Kenny and Angie even get jealous at here relationship and Dawn turns down Kenny for Ash!
4. LyraXKhourey seem to parallel pearlshipping if you look closely. When Ash's fall into a a trap and Dawn scolds him for making her worry, lyra thinks to herself how nice to see how those two really care for one another, and then thinks to herself if she behaves like that with Khourey. Lyra later on stops trying to put Dawn with Khourey and later gets on with him very well and even starts to show interest. The lyra arc also show that lyra and khourey are a inspiration from pearlshipping in a way and whilst there pair is definalty cannon, it shows pearl might just follow in the same footsteps. In the next episode when Dawn is in the contestant’s room preparing for her contest appeal, the rest of the gang, including Brock this time, visit her. By this time, Lyra has started trying to get Ash and Dawn to notice each other in a different way. She asks Ash if he thinks Dawn is pretty, but Ash misinterprets the question (or chooses to) and mentions that “Of course she’s number one! Because Dawn’s gonna win!”, which causes Lyra to laugh in exasperation and complain that her hinting didn’t work.
5. HIGH TOUCH! High Touch is such a massive hint for Pearlshipping. Yes AshXMisty had a song but that was by 4kids! Pokemon is Japanese not american. Anyway the states the closeness of Ash and Dawn and their success as a team. You should listen to it
6. Ash and Dawn are the only main characters to trade Pokemon, as seen in Throwing The Track Switch. Ash is known to be very protective of his Pokémon. The fact that he traded with Dawn shows his trust in her.
7. Dawn's Buneary as a crush on pikachu which might mean that Dawn has a crush on ash. This is shown once when they meet Wallace. When he explains that the most important thing between trainer and pokemon is love, Dawn agree's and then looks straight at Ash as if its something that involves him. Ash then looks back at her in confusion.
8. Seeing those two together! The fact that you say there are barely any hints is a stupid and false statement. Seeing those two together on scream for the majority of the time is hint in itself! Ash and Misty never had the friendship or connection that Dawn had with Ash. Yes Misty had a one sided crush on Ash but that does not mean that its automatically the best! Ash and Dawn (though i'll admit nothing happened romantically between the two) shows that they are two best friends (with small little hints coming from the two nearly every episode) whom will fall in love at a later stage! It's a relationship that's been built on and will continue to build!
9. Similarities! The both love pokemon, both had pokemon that dont wanna evolve and both met legendaries at the start of their journey. They have alot in common with pokemon and you always see them training together. Does that say that they hate each other? They also both have childhood friends whom have crushes on them (Kenny on Dawn and Serena on Ash). It's actually known that in anime,that childhood friends who have a crush on a main protagonist rarely get their way. Dawn is essentially a protagonist (A female Ash) throughout the series so that backs it up. I also believe that opposites do not attract and it has nothing to do with true love. Ash and misty are examples of that and Ash and Dawn are TRUE LOVE!
10. The episode when Dawn Returns has lots of hints from both parties! Unlike Misty and the other, She play's a trick on Ash to begin with showing her ease around him! They then high five. Also it's been revealed that Ash talks alot about Dawn whilst travelling with iris and Cillan. Iris's shows this when she says "So your the Dawn that travelled all over the Sinnoh region with Ash" . Also Ash didnt even mention Brock! This show's that Ash has only centered Dawn in his discussions. The episode 'piplup, pansage and a meeting of times' also includes Dawn's fair amount of winking and Ash returning the gesture(which proves that he actually notices her). Dawn's welcome to Ash and him having the same amount of excitement is also a sign of their close friendship. Ash also didn't show the same level of 'excitement' or wanted to battle May or Misty when they met him whereas he requested a battle with Dawn immediately after seeing her pokemon.
Ash also said the following lines:
"Dawn's a really good friend of mine" When he was trying to persuade melloetta to come out and meet Dawn. This shows his close bond with Dawn. Judging from this scene, Ash is trying really hard to fulfill Dawn's desire to meet meloetta.

1) wrong, Ash and Misty displayed the cliche love/hate relationship, it doesn't mean that he got along with Dawn more
2) oh so the pretty girl dressed up that must obviously mean canon, it's not like she actually threw him good advice or chose him over an Orange island gym leader

7) So that's obvious requiting? I'm going to suggest that through that logic Ash falls for everyone because Oshawott does, how about the friendship between Pikachu and Togepi (they're both boys before you go there)
8) I'm sorry, but that's way too subjective to be a 'hint' I can say the same about Misty
9) again that's subjective, Ash and Misty also battle and train, they imitate each other (the finest form of flattery) and love their Pokemon, or did Togepi mean nothing? Dawn's 'similarities' to Ash were made through recycled plots to old episodes, for me they aren't opposites or the same, they're two people who became intertwined in a great adventure which she was here first - which regularly becomes true love
10) please, I watched that saga, it was forced and ridiculous, Ash had already battled Misty before, and probable would've requested to if she showed him Gyarados, Misty is said to be Ash's best friend and the Winking happens with them way before Dawn was even sketched, sneaking up behind him is not a hint, that saga was a reminder of how silly her character is
So that's your '10' and her return isn't gonna happen, it'll be the same thing as May, you made your cameo and now you're gone, at least Misty manages to show up in one way or another every series
Now why would I do that? There's nothing to debate
You want hints, look no further than the whole Orange Islands saga, Movie 2, Movie 3 and Mastermind of Mirage Pokemon - you'll be able to find more than 10 there

Orange episode hints, hmmmm are you talking about orangeshipping?? It was revealed to be canon at the end of the the B/W series so stop being delusional and face the facts. Back in the days when DP started all you idiotic Pokéshippers started bashing off Pearlshipping. Why bashing off? It's simple. You people live in the past and can't face what's coming tomorrow. Pearlshippers never lower themselves to you idiotic level. We only attack and defend if necessary, especially provoked by you foolish Pokéshippers. You like to tell lies when they're not the truth. Next thing, Pokéshipping is for sure falling apart slowly. It only has the followers in the western world like you, specifically the ones in the US. But, you forget the bigger picture. Japan doesn't support it. They support Pearlshipping, still today and into the future, as always. That's what counts. Besides, this also counts outside Japan. So gain the loss or get lost.
Pokeshipping is dead get used to it and also I'd like to say something that I realized, Dawn started a whole journey after May did and three journey's after Ash did yet she still managed to beat May in the wallace cup and drawed with Ash in a battle(when Dawn's quilava and Ash's pikachu - who is a ton more experienced than Quilava - battled in the BW series. The battle showed that they were par in strength). This show's her maturity as a trainer and how far she came thanks to Ash(whereas the other poke-girls can't compare with Dawn. Misty always got into a tantrum about Ash, and their fights just lasted for way too long. Not to mention her bringing out her stupid mallet.
How is misty even a good battler? Misty is just... annoying. her temper tantrum got old so quickly, her first impression in battle was to send a flopping goldfish where I believe she has Staryu and Starmie in tow (cannot comprehend why she won't summon either of those instead) and while the series progresses throughout to end of Johto, she's just background.
