I wanted to draw this picture because i liked it for many reasons.
Tried to improve my camera setup and used bristol board for the first time. Very experimental graphite drawing, applied techniques from my experience with airbrush, painting with oil colours (drybrush) and pencils.
reference used: (google ->"smallest cat")
And thanks to many great artists on DA who inspired me to improve my skills and who shared their techniques with me!

I thought of that too when drawing and i think it's real. I may be wrong but the hand where the cat is sitting seens also quite large. I have seen some edited photos before and indeed not every picture on the internet is a true real life picture
But there are also many amazing pictures that are real and confirmed, like many pictures in the guinnes book of world records for example.
I didn't see any indication of editing on the reference.

i cant remember, but it is most definitely 100% fake.
the smallest cat on record is around 6 inches i think and it isnt black and white

i can't tell for sure and would not bet on any side, i belive it's 50% fake.
But in my view the cat represents life and nature on earth in our hands and we have to respect and take care of it.

I think that when i look at some of my favourites, too. I have a friend who can't draw at all but he is an amazing musician. Everyone has his/her excellence somewhere else. You have fantastic photos in your gallery, i wish i could take that good pictures.

Thank you! Music and photography are my two passions, but drawing seems to get you more respect. My best friend can draw, and that's what she's always recognized for. I'm recognized for my voice (which I don't think is all that good), so it seems everyone thinks that they can just leave me out of everything else. I apologize for rattling on like this- it's a habit.
