Sort of a walkthrough on how I made this tag (minus how I did the animating)-Sorry I had to slap a watermark on it.. I've had someone literally STEAL one of my tag backgrounds for their own tag they "made" when I made a tutorial before.. like, dafuq people. lol

Ahh, well practice makes perfect!
