I've had one person steal this background to use.. let me remind you that this background is NOT FREE TO USE. I created this tutorial so you could create YOUR OWN background, not so you could just rip mine off and call it your own. If this continues to happen, I will take this tutorial downSomeone on EV asked me to explain how I do my backgrounds, and so I decided to make a tutorial
Please show me your results if you decide to make one.

How did you do the glow of the moon ? I use MS paint for art

I use photoshop so it was a lot easier than MS paint. What I did was turn down the opacity of the brush and have it set to white, then just colour around the moon. I don't think MS paint allows you to change brush opacity unfortunately D:

i know you said the pixel horse was not for free use but i was wondering if i could use it just to draw a background to practice with? it would not be posted or anything and the picwould be deleted after i draw it i assure you

I don't know if you ever noticed, but the mountain reflections were backwards. The solid one was reflecting the double-mountains, and vice versa. Just thought I would let you know xD
