Pixel Tag Tutorial, my style.Yep...that's about it...
Oh, and almost everything was done in MSPaint, with a mouse, minus the sketch at the start and the background, which is pixeled anyway...so don't complain about a lack of tools.

This may seem like a silly question, but what size do you start with? Or are you working with the same size all along, say 150x150px for example..?

I cheated with the step 3 sketch to lines bit.
I did the sketch in photoshop originally since it was for a larger image...
But you could do the same in paint with either the eraser or a white brush after you've drawn your lines over the top. Just manually paint out the sketch so you only have the lines.
