Description This place was awesome, and they even have 2 snake pits (one for venomous and another for non-venomous) where this guy was shot. I hope to get back there for more shots.

they are known for having a nasty attitude this is one species even I would'nt want to mess with and I have run across a lot of rattlesnakes and even have 3 Crotalus atrox (western diamondback) as pets

I think it was. A cottonmouth was slithering close by. The canebrake actually rattled its tail a couple times
