An idea I had based off a picture of Cable I remember seeing when I was 9. Basically loaded with every gun imaginable and grunting the words "man to man", as if it was going to be a fair fight. Yeah.Well, I translated it to our friend Snake here. I kept this one really loose and didn't tighten my pencils much at all before inking. I like to just cut loose every now and then.
Definitely a Miller/Wood influence on this one.....

I played MSG3, and I know even from that, that Snake doesn't try to look cool, just take them down, and is always prepared. I wonder if he is carrying all those on him, how he would fit them in his backpack...... I love this art, it shows what MSG without inventory comes down to.

Looks like we'll have to trade out guns as we go in MGS5 -- I'll miss carrying around a weapon for all occasions at all times, but it's a realistic touch that I appreciate.

I think the only tip I can offer is to just practice practice practice...
That and don't be afraid to mess up with the ink, because it can take a while to master.

Wow, that awesome... I always wondered how snake could carry all those guns... I have like 60 something weapons in MGS4 not including all the other stuff... I guess Snake is so much of a man he can carry it all.
