Just copy pasta the story of Metal Gear Rising, replace all actors with major or semi-major characters from Fallout: Equestria, then re-write when and where need-be. There's the story.

This comic comes as a grandiose-esque finish to a series where I replaced Raiden with Little Pip and successively replaced the bosses from the game with FoE characters. The Metal Gear Ray becomes a suped-up Deus from FoE: Project Horizons, Blade Wolf becomes Murky from Murky Number 7, Mistral becomes Rampage from Project Horizons as well, the meme-man Monsoon is now Blackjack from Project Horizons, Sundowner is Silver Storm/Hired Gun from Heroes, Sam is now Protege from Murky Number 7, and finally Senator Armstrong is now Red Eye.

Character replacements because in some way, shape, or form their respective characters are similar. Silver Storm being Sundowner because they're both large and physically strong characters, and Black Jack is now Monsoon because she's a meme of a character.

"Story" is very loosely applied.
