wow, I love the blend of avian features, but it seems masculine, as mythologically hags were sea witches.
it seems very clean-seeming also, being wicked creatures, (and supposedly scavengers) that fed and gathered scraps and wreckage washed ashore.
unless this is based off the more inland hag, more of a swamp hermit than anything else, still, I love this, the detail is very fitting for a hag, though a tad clean and very bright. it has a spark.
