Painted this about 3 years ago and posted here on DA 3 times and it was deleted 3 times. I still dont understand why i have painted so many celebrities and and superheroes but they just had to delete this one. it was just a freaking fan art so i dont really see what the big fucking deal is. anyways here it is again.the character copy right belongs to Marvel.

You know, I bet they reported it for being explicit sexual content or something equally as daft. Just proves that the DA staff don't always look at a deviation before they delete or declare it 'okay'. Such as [link] .

I was looking at the reference image for this piece and I'm thinking they may have mistaken it for the image with a few photoshop filters. Maybe your example was the same. Obviously all the awesome artists draw spidey too well.

Probably not, this was many years ago, unless you mean this one [link] Poor guy had so many problems with it long time ago and his only fault is that he can draw really good and someone had a problem with it and the stuff "investigating" did shitty job but after all the problems, photos and WIPs proving it's real he finally got to keep in the gallery.

I could see how someone could mistake that for a movie image turned greyscale, it's wonderful. It was probably a few people each time reporting it and saying it was the same image, the staff had so many reports so they just looked at thumbnails of each or glanced at the images. They really need to give in, admit they're overworked and hire more people to handle reports so that they can investigate.

Well apparently you're more aware of the internet art corruption than I am. This world is full of corruption, it's disgusting, here in my country everything absolutely every way of life that people live here is a cheap, economically inferior version of the united states, while US citizens ignore that we even exist. There is absolutely no excuse for any of this bullshit.

Oh the stories I could tell, not only about the sites that have nicely written terms of service, things about copyright blahbla on one side to appear all clean while the reality in the shops/galleries shows something completely different but about what certain artist and people that pretend to be artists do too. I can't know much because I live on another continent but I know enough to know what you're talking about about your country's problems in general and those that are related to US. OK, will leave others now to comment about the artwork and DD it got which this comments section is actually for

Well, you could always write and publish an article. I'd help you proofread and edit it if you'd like. Of course, you could always publish it in your native language instead.
Yeah, let's just leave the comments section alone lol. Oh I wish I could find the English version of this Documentary I think you'd find interesting. It's called "How much do YOU cost?" by Olallo Rubio. It was filmed in such a way that it switches between Spanish and English, with subtitles to the language that isn't spoken to show more of a real perspective on the matter, rather than just translating the audio or filming it in one language or another.
