Excellent pic of a great scene. The Shrike is hard to make look good (most cover art that I've seen fails to capture its horror), but you succeed admirably.

Really great rendition. It stands quite a bit apart from the Shrike artwork I have seen so far. This really makes it look sinister and alien. Coincidentally, I have just read the original cantos again, and am currently reading Endymion. One of my favourite SF's works!
