❓ What is this
After lots of requests here is a blue opera neon cursor but with a new name "Blue glowing cursor", personally I don't like this kind of blue so if you same as me vote on this poll .

🧾 instructions

Unpack the downloaded ZIP file
Right click on .Install → Install → Open → Yes
Open Settings → Personalization → Themes → Mouse cursor
Select *Blue glowing cursor* from the drop-down menu under Scheme
Make sure Enable pointer shadow is not selected
Click OK
