This is my new cursor Opera Neon Cursor, glowing elegant cursor, wait for more opera neon things in the future.
🧾 instructions

Unpack the downloaded ZIP file
Right click on .Install → Install → Open → Yes
Open Settings → Personalization → Themes → Mouse cursor
Select *Opera Neon* from the drop-down menu under Scheme
Make sure Enable pointer shadow is not selected
Click OK
