This is a simple designed cursor, and actually this was my first cursor ever 😁.
🧾 instructions

Unpack the downloaded ZIP file
Right click on .Install → Install → Open → Yes
Open Settings → Personalization → Themes → Mouse cursor
Select Dev from the drop-down menu under Scheme
Make sure Enable pointer shadow is not selected
Click OK
