Brrrr, this picture is just chilling in its spookiness. I really like that you didn't make the edges smooth and defined, but left them layered and slightly blurred. It works very well with the lighting and showing the mystery of the subject. Darth Maul was so fuckin' cool. It's such a shame that he was not fleshed out more in the movies. He's so much more complex and compelling than the rest of the Sith Lord. They all seem so campy next to the raw and vicious intensity of Palpatine's/ Sidious' first (known) apprentice.

Very cool!
I might suggest using some stronger/hotter hilights, sparingly for areas the lightsaber is illuminating. To help give it a bit more pop.
If it was a bit more contrasted this would be perfect!

Good. Very dark in terms of tone, but it evokes some of the calmness and quiet which is an essential, paradoxical part of who Darth Maul is. Very unique pose, and great sense of a collage with the droids. The shape of his face isn't quite right, but I don't think photo-realism was what you were going for here either. Very cool picture.
