started noticing that there were alot of drider pics that looked pretty "cute" thought i'd fix that and represent them as they are supposed to be.a drider is a drow that was cursed by a priestess of the spider queen. it is one of the worst things that can happen to you if you are a drow.
i decided to do the eyes white to represent that they are soulless and only a shell of what they used to be.
trying to get used to my tablet still after abandoning it for a while.

At last I've found a pic of a drider that meets my wishes!)) The composition, the details are absolutely fantastic! The background is fitting and ominous (at least it is not a view of an illuminated cave)! Your style and colouring is not perfect, but it's a trifle. Thank you!

yeah basically they become slaves to the priestess of lolth and an easy way to dispose or torture someone.
