Okay im hyped and excited about the reveal of Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite I decided to do my own wishlist or have a good fealing that will be in the game. Also im doing Marvel characters that are part of the MCU or have a high change of appearing in it. Also im only doing MCU because of what Capcom said and granted not all these won't be in the game but im hoping a lot of them to be, mostly the top ones.
Also who do you think is final boss?

Im perfectly fine with roster right now and im one those people that can live without X-Men.

is not only that there arent x men , is also the lack of cool new characters and that the roster is a lot smaller than the previous entry and reuses a lot of the characters from umvc3

True, because I want Asura and Star Lord BADLY, at least we got X and Sigma, Ultron and Gamora.
Also got new badass updates for Thanos and Jedah.

Venom and Carnage? That seems somewhat redundant.
And Doc Ock & Green Goblin are great choices, but there are better choices among Spider-Man villains than Black Cat. Like Sandman or Mysterio, guys with more unique movesets.
There's also a lot of guys with guns here. I like the characters in question, but last time they left out Punisher because they thought he'd be too similar to Chris.
All that aside, there are a lot of great pics here. Like Hela and Asura.

I guess everyone has their preference. I know I for sure want The Punisher to be in the game and have an interactive line with Frank West since they both have the same name.
As for my dont care list: I don't care about dmc characters what so ever.
for why are you even in this game?: amerterasu. That's a dog not a typical fighting game character.
Hopeful for: Fox and Marvel to come to an agreement. We need Xmen characters in a Marvel involved game.

I love Devil May Cry, that series needs to come back and NOT the shitty reboot version.
So is Phoenix Right, he's not a fighter, he's a frickin lawyer, at least Amerterasu has magic and was a fun character in MvC3
For me I don't mind no X-Men characters, it give other ones a chance to shine.

If this game REALLY is Infinite then the roster better be close to "Infinite" imo. Pheonix Wright is just VERY popular that's why they put him in the fighting game. At least he is a human, that's my opinion between the difference between him and Ms. Ookami. If we only get a handful of X-Men I already see Wolverine and Deadpool coming back for sure. Along with them I would want Cyclops, Gambit, and Rogue.
Other than that who would be REALLY nice to come into the fray of MvC would be these two Rival Characters. Baron Mordo the Rival of Dr. Strange and Blues ( or Protoman ) the Rival of Megaman.

They are a staple of Marvel that sadly they had to sell to Fox when they went Bankrupt. Same goes with Fantastic 4.

You'd be surprised how many ppl might NOT buy the games without X-Men. Heck Deadpool is part of that X-Verse which will be the even bigger hit. MCU is nice and all, BUT how many ppl that play the fighting games are fans of it? There's some people that just play the fighting game for the characters they enjoy using and possibly even the competitive circuit on how some combos work. The fun one for most competitive players is gonna be if there's no Dr. Doom. People won't take it lying down. I've heard the rumors of DLC and who knows maybe they'll be part of the game when they make Marvel vs. Capcom Infinity and Beyond. I'd say that's the working title for the re-release of the game lol.

Well they did say the game will focus on the MCU and judging by the first 3 characters, I believe thats true.
Also Maximilian Dood, a big fighting game fan on YouTube doesn't mind that X-Men and Fantastic 4 characters won't be in the game because it gives ones that are on my list a chance.
Also by movies standers, the X-Men and Fantastic 4 are not doing that good.

Movies they're dead no denying it especially with how Marvel stopped making Fantastic 4 Comics and Fox hasn't done anything good with the X-Men since the 90s version of it as the animated series. The only thing that stands out and EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE knows is that Deadpool is the only character that is doing better in movies, video game critical acclamation, and popularity than anyone in the MCU. That would be a big pill for this game to swallow if they don't make it work with putting him in. It's the equivalent of not putting Spider-Man in the same game.

Like I said I only see them as DLC, the big 3 im hoping for are Dr. Doom, Pcylocke and Wolverine.
Also im mainly focused on the Capcom characters.

Good luck with that middle one. Dr. Doom is almost obvious since they have his moveset and he was a competitive character in tournaments. Wolverine is the Poster Boy of X-Men and carried Marvel for a long time before the MCU was even a thing. Plain and simple Disney needs to be what Walt hated in his living years and either release Marvel from it's clutches or find a way to unify all of Marvel. Same goes with roster limits. We are in the PS4-Xbone Gen. By now our character rosters should be scratching into triple digits. I don't want a limited roster especially with a name as "Infinite" but let's see what they do. If the roster is minuscule I'll just wait till they make Marvel vs. Capcom Infinity and Beyond featuring Buzz Lightyear as a playable character before I purchase.

Oh well im fine that, all I care about is some characters on my list making it into the game and Disney is doing a great job, Fox are the ones doing a shitty job, they should just go back and make more Alien and Predator movies.
Also Buzz being in the game would be pretty jarring to me.

I hope there'll be a few more xmen characters, but with the weird stuff marvel has been doing regarding them I'm not sure how much access capcom with have to them. Also She-hulk.
Ultron gets hinted at towards the end on the first advert, so he'll be there somewhere. Not sure if this means he'll be the final boss (possibly swapping through his various forms as the fight drags on) or just another fighter.

These are those you want added to the roster I'm guessing being that Ryu, Morrigan, Akuma, Chun-Li, Blanka and Viewtiful Joe are pretty much guaranteed to be in for Capcom. Marvel is likely to have Wolverine, Cyclops, Rogue, Storm, Iron Man, Luke Cage, Elektra and Jennifer Jones as they have been extremely popular too. That's the thing you have to think about: wish lists are ossum but you have to accept that those mentioned here are stalwarts so will always show up or in the case of Cage and Jones: on people's immediate mindset with their series that ties up with Daredevil.

I know but this is Capcom and for the eSports or po-gamers so they say: you need to keep the most known in the game to make people go "Oooo I wonder what they did with Ryu in this one, will we see his master Gouten in it.... can we chain-up Spidey with Felicia if we use Captain Commando...." they won't if you have a whole new cast without any of the usual suspects as to them it won't feel like an MvC.... in saying that Capcom have before now, think it was SFIV, made all characters unlockable if you bought the DLC. Sooo to milk us for money that would be an option. Your list up then you want Ryu, Morrigan, Felicia, Storm and Iron Man: pay us 40 bucks, each
