More art for my Avatar RPG .
By all accounts, Chang was once an honorable man. A brilliant tactician, he is responsible for many of Chin the Conqueror's greatest military victories. In the early days of the conflict, he was quite close with Yuyan , who admired his sincere desire to liberate the citizens of the Earth Kingdom. However, as the war progressed, Chang fell prey to a corrupted dark spirit. The entity has control over him, and as a result, he no longer acts as a check on Chinβs worst impulses.

Nah, he just has the power to see and communicate with spirits. The dark spirit is his companion by choice (if anything, it's controlling him, not the other way around).
