Inspired by this beautiful photo [link]Also an attempt to achieve a slightly looser style as one of my tutors suggested but i'm not sure i went far enough.
I did try some new watercolour techniques though.
The only thing i keep the same are the elongated necks,so yes,it might look weird to some but it's completely intended.Because i like long necks.
Ink and watercolours and a touch of pencil.

Thanks again,i used masking fluid to cover the drawn birds and removed it after having painted all around them,leaving them all white and clean.
